Are you interested in checking your machine’s performance? Or do you need accurate part alignments? Maybe you need more. Compare our products below.

AutoClock NC-Checker NC-PartLocator
What is it?

An automated probe setting device for accurate, repeatable and in-process probe checking and calibration.

Software which analyses the geometric performance of a CNC machine tool to show immediately whether the machine is capable of producing parts to tolerance.

Software which analyses your part to check it’s condition of supply and automatically generate an accurate alignment for the part, compensating for issues like distortion or no datum points.

What will I gain?

Fundamental accuracy for the whole machining process and accurate probe calibration and probing data.

Calibration of the probe in 5-axis and knowledge about whether your machine will produce parts to tolerance.

Accurate alignments for your parts to eliminate scrap, rework, or concessions.

Why should I use it?

  • You want to speed up setting the work offset.
  • You want full 24/7 lights out automation of your CNC machining process.
  • You want micron accuracy for your probe setup.

  • You want to understand part to part variation across machines.
  • You want to predict maintenance and schedule it in only when needed.
  • You want to see how your machine is performing in real time.

  • You have complex parts that are difficult or time-consuming to align.
  • You need to eliminate high scrap or rework levels.
  • You need to increase part production without increasing numbers of machines.
How does it work?

AutoClock is on the machine tool bed and connected to a PC next to the machine tool via Wi-Fi and the PC connected to the controller via a network.

*Please note, if you do have Wi-Fi restrictions, we can offer an alternative secure connection.

NC-Checker is installed on a PC which is connected to the controller via a network. A single program is run on the controller.

NC-PartLocator is installed on a PC which is connected to the controller via a network. A single program is run on the controller.

How long does it take?

AutoClock takes a few minutes to set the work offset to micron levels of accuracy.

It is possible to run daily checks (10-15 minutes) or diagnostic, in-depth checks (30-40 minutes).

It is dependent on the complexity of the part or alignments but can take as little as 10 minutes to generate an accurate part alignment.
