MSP PerfectPart 2022 brings more features and improvements for the user. This release includes Ring Gauge Calibration which enables the user to run a probe calibration process using a ring gauge rather than a sphere. It also includes a new 'Heartbeat Register' which improves the functionality of the product on fully-automated cells.

Calibration improvement for Fanuc machines without SPOS

Fanuc machines without SPOS, but with repeatable spindle rotation, can now calibrate probes more accurately with this new feature.

Support for inches

The Install tab in can now be automatically converted between different units. AutoClock programs can run in inches.

There have been some improvements to NC-Checker's Benchmarks, including how the content in reports is displayed.

Error conditions are now reported through the Events tab and more information has been added to error messages.
