MSP show commitment to the UK by doubling its operation

World class software company, metrology software products ltd (MSP), proudly announce their most recent expansion.

The company have expanded by 100%, increasing their development facilities in the United Kingdom to six. This strategic expansion comes as part of an ongoing growth strategy, with the additional space housing a completely new product team, housing new machinery for vital research and development and supporting new contracts in Australia, North America, Mexico and India.

MSP, an associate company of global metrology giant, Renishaw PLC, develop software which identifies errors on machine tools before production, helping its customers reduce part setup times, produce consistent parts and minimise, or even eliminate, part scrap. Their patented solution is unique within the manufacturing industry and, as a result, the company has enjoyed much success within many sectors, such as aerospace, Formula 1 and, most recently, additive manufacturing.

As part of this expansion, MSP are looking to fulfil a number of new vacancies. There are currently positions available as the company aims to increase their workforce further in the next five years.

To celebrate this milestone, the company launched the new offices with James Selka, CEO of the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) in attendance.

During James’ visit, he praised MSP for their continued success:

“I am delighted to have been invited to witness the launch and congratulate MSP on their achievements. At the Manufacturing Technologies Association, we recognise the need for manufacturers to invest in new technology to overcome obstacles to productivity. We have been continually impressed with MSP’s commitment to providing innovative solutions to these challenges and are confident they have the drive to ensure these solutions are present in the factories of the future.

From me, and everyone at the MTA, we welcome this expansion and are proud to have MSP as members. We wish them all the luck for the future.”
