MSP have listened to customer feedback and made some exciting changes to our website that we hope will improve our support service.
Customers can now access 24/7 hints and tips to assist with common setup and product related questions; tools include an interactive benchmark, how to videos and details of our latest software releases.
As well as this, customers will have the ability to login through a secure online account to view all of their customer information in one place and share large files relating to parts and processes direct to our team.
Sasha Wells, Support Coordinator at MSP explains: "With a Support Plus contract, customers already benefit from unlimited telephone and email support from our dedicated engineering experts, as well as an annual software upgrade installed on site by our team. We understand how busy our customers are and hope these new changes to our website will make accessing their MSP information a much more efficient process."
