by MSP Marketing on 10:23 AM on May 30, 2025

MSP is delighted to announce it has achieved ISO 9001:2015 recertification and will hold its accreditation for a further three years. This is the 9th continuous year the company has been ISO 9001:2015 accredited since it was first awarded the accolade in 2016.
Commercial Director, Tony Brown, states: “I am proud of MSP and the team for achieving this recertification. It confirms our commitment to providing a quality service for our customers. With this accreditation, customers can be sure our metrology systems, installation processes and product support services meet certain standards and go through robust assessments. As a company, we are dedicated to continual improvement and innovation and the fact we’ve achieved accreditation now for 9 years in a row is testament to this”.
ISO 9001:2015 is a globally-recognised standard for quality management to certify that a company has effective processes in place to deliver quality products or services, meet customer expectations and strive for performance improvements. Standards like provide a consistent benchmark across industries to easily highlight the companies that meet certain quality expectations.
Tony continues: “Our metrology product suite, MSP PerfectPart, exists to remove human error from CNC manufacturing processes and ensure production is more efficient, productive and results in right-first-time parts. To be able to improve manufacturer’s processes in this way, it is vital our own processes are in order, and our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation confirms this.
“Our next focus will be working towards the updated version of the accreditation which places a strong emphasis on environmental issues. We already support our customers in this area by helping them reduce wasted material or resources, save energy and speed up processes and we look forward to receiving guidance on how we can enhance our own processes to become more sustainable and environmentally responsible”.
